As the world judo championship is about to take place in Marrakesh, we invite everyone to join us in supporting our Lebanese Champion, Ghady Moussa, proudly representing Lebanon, in the -73 Kg weight category.

Ghady has been subject to Athletic Preparation and Peak Performance training at MyoFitness for the last month, working on Core strength, coordination, stability, speed and stamina, using a combination of EMS and Functional Fitness training, and will continue to do so after the world championship for the many championships to come.
